We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of
our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. If policy changes are
substantial, we will notify our customers via email. Please periodically

Returns - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with all AIM merchandise. You may
return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the
purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). AIM will not accept any
returns if the shrink-wrap has been removed.
Please note... If you paid by cheque, AIM will automatically issue
you a refund cheque upon receipt of your return. This check will be mailed to
the billing address provided with your purchase request.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send
you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the
damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping
or handling fees for replacement shipments.
Backorders (out of stock items)
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in
stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. In some
cases, we are researching or waiting for stock information from one or more of
our suppliers.
AIM will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as
soon as possible. If we haven't been able to locate and ship the item(s) to
you in 30 days, an order status email will be sent to you.
If for any
reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we will
cancel the item from your order, notify you immediately via email, and delete
the item from our catalog.
If you paid by cheque or money order and AIM
has cancelled your order, AIM will automatically issue you a refund check.
This check will be mailed to the address shown on your purchase
request.
Import backorders
Import titles that are marked as "Backordered" can usually be
obtained within 30 days but can, in some cases, take longer. We cannot
guarantee how long a backordered import will take to fill since imports come
to us from suppliers all over the world.
If you place an order for an
item that is no longer available, we will notify you by email and cancel the
item from your order.
Shrink-wrap
Some import items will arrive without plastic shrink-wrap, due to
the standard music manufacturing processes in their country of origin. We
guarantee that unwrapped imports are new items and have not been used or
re-sold.
Other payment methods
If you choose to pay by cheque or money order, we will send you an email when
your order has been processed. AIM will hold your order until the bank has
cleared the cheque.
Store translation policy
In the event that any statement made in a translated version of
AIM's Web site conflicts with any statement made in the English version of
AIM's Web site, the statement made in the English version will prevail.

ALL INDIE MUSIC ships using Standard Services.
Delivery:
Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. (Imported titles
may take a little longer.)
All orders are sent by Regular Post. All claims
for shortages or damages in transit should be made with the carrier. ALL INDIE
MUSIC does not accept any liability for items lost, damaged or stolen in
transit.
Orders that are shipping outside Canada are subject to any
customs or import duties that are imposed by the country of destination.
Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the
purchaser: ALL INDIE MUSIC has no control over these charges and cannot predict
what they may be. Please clarify your country's customs policies with your local
officials.
